How is the wild animal I brought to Toronto Wildlife Centre doing?

Between October and April, you can contact us to find out how the animal you brought in is doing. Call the Wildlife Hotline at 416-631-0662, follow the voice prompts and leave a message with your name, number, and the reference number of the animal you are calling about (if you have it). We will call you back as soon as we can, but be patient—busy days still happen in the off season, and emergencies always have to take priority.

We can’t offer patient follow-up in our busy season, but call us back!

Unfortunately, we cannot return follow-up calls about animals between May and September. Toronto Wildlife Centre receives up to 200 urgent calls a day in peak season, and priority must go to the animals in immediate need of help. We appreciate that you’d like to find out how the animal is doing, and we keep very careful medical records. Call us back in October and we’ll be happy to let you know the outcome then!
