TORONTO WILDLIFE CENTRE’S WILD BALL
Wild Ball is the signature annual fundraising gala to support TWC’s work in the rescue, rehabilitation and release of wild animals. Guests will be treated to culinary masterpieces from some of the city’s best chefs, live entertainment and both an extensive silent and live auction. Wild Ball 2019 will take place again at the beautiful Palais Royale Ballroom, a stunning venue located at historic Sunnyside Beach on the shores of Lake Ontario. Past galas have included keynote speaker Margaret Atwood, hosts such as CHUM FM’s Roger Ashby, CP24’s Ann Rohmer, musical guests Liona Boyd and Tabby Johnson to name a few.
All proceeds raised go towards caring for TWC's wild patients. Watch some of their stories below:
Building a healthy community for people and wildlife
Since opening in 1993, TWC has become a vital and trusted community resource and the only wildlife hospital in the Greater Toronto Area. The busiest of its kind in Canada, TWC has helped more than 90,000 wild animals, reaching hundreds of thousands of people through our education and outreach channels.
Sick, injured and orphaned wild animals cannot pay their own medical bills but providing the highest quality compassionate care for wild patients costs money.
Proceeds from Wild Ball are going directly toward providing essential services including rescuing wild animals in life-threatening situations, and providing medical treatment and rehabilitative care.Learn More About TWC Here
