A staff member will respond as soon as possible. We are open 9am-6pm daily.

Requests for Assistance received after 6pm will be responded to the next day.

Please DO NOT bring a wild animal to Toronto Wildlife Centre before speaking with our Hotline staff. Wildlife situations are always assessed over the phone first, and we may determine that the best course of action does not require a trip to TWC.
