If you have found a wild animal in need of help, contact our Wildlife Emergency Hotline:
Because of the high volume of calls that Toronto Wildlife Centre receives, you must leave a voicemail message. These messages are monitored constantly during the hours we are open and messages are returned in order of urgency. If you are calling about a sick, injured or orphaned wild animal or other wildlife emergency, our wildlife experts will try to return your call within one hour during business hours (9:00am to 6:00pm daily), or first thing the following morning if the message is left when we are closed.
