Orphaned raccoons in care

By April 22, 2014April 30th, 2015Wildlife Rehabilitation

These three little babies were found in Toronto, near the intersection of College and Spadina, by people who witnessed their mother and siblings get run over by a car. Sadly they didn’t survive the accident, but the remaining babies were contained and after consultation with our hotline staff brought to Toronto Wildlife Centre for care.

Until they are stronger, they will be hand fed three times a day. As they develop, they will be moved into a larger outdoor enclosure where they can get lots of exercise and to acclimatize them to the weather.
