TWC’s Wildlife rehabilitation program is funded entirely by private donations from members of the public and organisations, and grants from foundations. Ensuring that the wild animals in care have proper enclosures, highly nutritious food, and the medications they need is extremely resource intensive.  

For many communities throughout the GTA, Toronto Wildlife Centre is the only wildlife centre serving their area, and therefore the only option for sick, injured and orphaned wildlife. Sponsorship of this program is available, and would provide thousands of wild animals with the help they need for a healthy release back into the wild.
