Toronto Wildlife Centre is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who truly believe in helping wildlife and the community through education, rehabilitation, and conservation.

Tim Arthur
, DVM - Chair
 
Tim Arthur is a practising veterinarian and former partner of the Coxwell Animal Clinic in Toronto.  He is currently serving as an elected official on the council of The College of Veterinarians of Ontario.  He has provided volunteer veterinary service to Toronto Wildlife Centre for a number of years before joining the board in 2009. 
 
Amy Halliday, B.Sc., MBA - Treasurer
 
Amy Halliday has worked with a variety of wildlife and environmental organizations, including Environmental Defense Fund and World Wildlife Fund. She joined Toronto Wildlife Centre’s Board of Directors in 2001 and brings to TWC experience in both wildlife rehabilitation and non-profit fundraising and development.
 
Nancy Patterson, B.Arch, MBA - Secretary
 
Nancy Patterson volunteered with TWC for the last 10 years providing event planning, design and management expertise including the production of TWC’s Wildball Charity Event. Nancy joined the board in 2009 and brings creativity, marketing and sales experience to the group. Nancy is the Global Director of Cultural Attractions at Forrec Ltd, selling design (architectural, interior, graphic, landscape, exhibit, creative) services to developers in the leisure and entertainment industry.
 
Brad Nathan, BA, IMBA, CA - Member
 
Brad Nathan is President of the merchant bank, Succession Capital Corporation. He possesses over a decade of experience in the financial and merchant banking community and has held positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Rothschild Group. He is a Director of The Homes First Society, and sits on the young adult committee of POGO (The Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario). Brad joined the TWC Board of Directors in 2005.
